Declaration of the Dissolution of an Incorporated Society
I, Anthony Bell, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that:
Youth For Christ Nelson Incorporated (I.S. NL. 225257) is no longer carrying on operations,
the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Grant Laurence Morton
Notice of Decisions of Disciplinary Committee
Notice is hereby given by the disciplinary committee of the New Zealand Society of Accountants that at a hearing held on the 18th day of June 1991, Grant Laurence Morton of Auckland, appeared before the committee on a charge that in terms of section 24 of the New Zealand Society of Accountants Act 1958, he is a bankrupt.
Grant Laurence Morton, having pleaded guilty to the charge as laid, the disciplinary committee found the charge proven.
The disciplinary committee ordered that the name of Grant Laurence Morton be removed from the Register of Members of the Society and fixed the date of discharge from bankruptcy as the date after which he may apply for re-registration under the Act, pursuant to section 24 (3) (d) of the New Zealand Society of Accountants Act 1958. Grant Laurence Morton was ordered to pay to the society the sum of $1,363.91 in respect of costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the disciplinary committee and the investigation by the investigation committee.
The disciplinary committee ordered that its decision be published in the Accountants' Journal and the New Zealand Gazette with mention of the member's name and locality.
