The Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1991

Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1991.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1991.

2. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 0302.70.00, 0303.80.00, 3006.10.00, 3920.20.29, 4201.00.00, 5704.90.01, 5704.90.09, 8301.40.00, 8301.60.09, 8302.41.00, 9506.29.00, 9506.62.00 and 9506.99.09, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this notice.

3. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the tariff items and codes 0304.10.00 99F, 0304.20.00 99K, 0307.10.00 31K, 0307.10.00 41G, 8424.10.00 01K and 8424.10.00 09E, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this notice.
