Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following school:
St Anne’s School, Manurewa
The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 17 July 1991. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Ministry of Education, National Operations, 45–47 Pipitea Street, Wellington and at the District Office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Auckland 3.

Notice of Approval of Electrical Code of Practice for CPR Training for the Electrical Industry
Pursuant to section 24C (4) (a) of the Electricity Act 1968 (as inserted by section 6 of the Electricity Amendment Act 1983), I hereby give notice that I have approved the Electrical Code of Practice for CPR Training for the Electrical Industry.
Copies of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for CPR Training for the Electrical Industry may be obtained from the office of the Chief Inspector (Electrical Workers), Energy and Resources Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

Pursuant to section 25c of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, as amended in 1978, the Minister of Arts and Culture has made the following appointment
Deirdre Gardiner of Wanganui
to be a member of the Council for Maori and South Pacific Arts for a further term of office expiring 31 March 1993 (this appointment replacing that of Mrs Patricia Grace, who has resigned).

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand, with effect from 20 September 1991, so as to:
-
Clarify the traffic rights, in terms of route and frequency/capacity, that may be exercised;
-
Delete reference to aircraft types no longer operated;
-
In respect of tariffs, require only that no tariffs be applied that are higher than those filed and approved; and
-
Require that international air services authorised by the licence conform with bilateral arrangements where the New Zealand Government has entered into such arrangements with the Government of another country.
Details of these amendments may be obtained from the Acting General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.
