Road Stopped and Land Taken in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken,

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the said stopped road and land taken, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 53162, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14C/343, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 267840 and H. 977136.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Held by the City of Lower Hutt Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, and at the request of The Lower Hutt City Council, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the council, to be set apart for housing purposes and remain vested in The Lower Hutt City Council.

Declaring Land Acquired for Hydro Electric Power Generation, Right of Way Easements Acquired for Hydro Electric Power Generation Road Stopped and Land Set Apart for Hydro Electric Power Generation in the Clutha District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for hydro electric power generation and shall vest in Waipori Power Generation Limited on the 22nd day of August 1991.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, right of way easements over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Waipori Power Generation Limited, the rights and powers contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 are hereby acquired for hydro electric power generation on the 22nd day of August 1991.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining land held by Waipori Power Generation Limited on the 22nd day of August 1991.

(d) Pursuant to section 52, the Crown land in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be set apart for hydro electric power generation and shall vest in Waipori Power Generation Limited on the 22nd day of August 1991.
