Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Stopped Road Added in Raglan County and Huntly Borough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby revokes the notice dated the 27th day of February 1984, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 March 1984, No. 35, page 649, declaring land to be road, road stopped and stopped road added to the adjoining land held for the purposes of (now) Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Raglan County and Huntly Borough.
