Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the pieces of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43D/517, South Auckland Land Registry.
