Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

L. J. Williamson, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of July 1991, he appointed Messrs Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of 13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, and Anthony C. Harris, Financial Advisor, Level 11, Hesketh Henry Building, 2 Kitchener Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property and undertaking of Ronor Holdings Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 5th day of June 1980, which debenture was given in favour of the Bank of New Zealand and assigned to L. J. Williamson by an assignment dated the 18th day of June 1991.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

Whereas:

(A) Nathan Securities Limited and Nathan Finance Limited, being the holders of a debenture, dated the 27th day of May 1987, given to it by Fleet Services (Auckland) Limited, gave notice that on the 21st day of September 1987, they appointed Daniel Martin Virtue and Anthony John McKesser, both chartered accountants of Blackmore Hearne & Virtue, whose office is at 18 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Fleet Services (Auckland) Limited, pursuant to the power contained in the said debenture and at law.

(B) Upon the death of the said Anthony John McKesser on or about the 20th day of February 1989, Nathan Securities Limited and Nathan Finance Limited gave notice that they appointed Robert Thomas Norrie to replace the said Anthony John McKesser.

(C) The said Daniel Martin Virtue and Robert Thomas Norrie ceased to act as receivers and managers of Fleet Services (Auckland) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 5th day of August 1991.

Wherefore Nathan Securities Limited and Nathan Finance Limited, give notice that on the 8th day of August 1991, they appointed Brian Leo McPhail of Auckland, accountant, whose office is at the offices of Hart & Co., Accountants, 90 Symonds Street, Auckland, to replace the said Daniel Martin Virtue and Robert Thomas Norrie.

Nathan Securities Limited and Nathan Finance Limited, further give notice that Brian Leo McPhail has been appointed receiver and manager of all the property and undertaking of Fleet Services (Auckland) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.
