Edith Nancy Briggs of Ashburton, married woman, the debenture holder of the above-named company under a debenture dated the 26th day of September 1986, originally in favour of the Bank of New Zealand but subsequently assigned to her, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of July 1991, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, ceased to act as receivers and managers of the company and that on the 30th day of July 1991, she appointed John Winston Drummon and Garth Norman Snell, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking and property of the company.
