Land Acquired for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the use and convenience or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Wellington Land District—City of Lower Hutt

All that piece of land containing 1795m² being Lot 1 on deposited plan 13054. All certificate of title, volume 508, Folio 113.
