Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Stopped Road in Whangarei District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 15th day of October 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of October 1990, No. 186, page 4034, declaring Stopped Road in Whangarei District, to be vested pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the words “certificate of title No. 73C/454” and inserting the words “certificate of title No. 1329/33”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped (Totara Valley and Tengawai Roads), Timaru District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of October 1990, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 18th day of October 1990, No. 182 at page 3927, declaring road to be stopped by omitting from the Schedule thereto the following:

S.O. Plan 16229’ and inserting ‘S.O. Plan 16629’.
