Amendment to a Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wellington Conservancy, of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice, dated the 17th day of February 1988, dedicating a reserve for local purpose (road) as a road and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4th day of March 1988, No. 38, page 319 by deleting the schedule and inserting in its place the following schedule:

1913 square metres, more or less, being Part Section 81, Porirua District, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District (shown as road reserve on D.P. 11273).

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wellington Conservancy, of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes, to a reserve for local purpose (community use) subject to the provisions of the said Act.

694 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 67556, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. All certificate of title 36A/414.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
