The Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 1, 1991
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 1, 1991.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1978, dated on the 20th day of June 1978*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
The Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1980, dated on the 21st day of October 1980†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
The Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated on the 18th day of June 1975‡, and the Traffic (Vincent County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated on the 17th day of February 1975§, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, are revoked.
The traffic notice dated the 15th day of September 1958||, declaring a limited speed zone within the Vincent County, is revoked.

Blithe Street.
Domain Road: from Nevis Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along Domain Road from Nevis Road.
Hall Road: from Nevis Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along Hall Road from Nevis Road.
Nevis Road: from a point 150 metres measured southerly, generally, along Nevis Road from Hall Road to a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along Nevis Road from Felton Road.

Situated within Central Otago District at Clyde:
