Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of June 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 June 1989, No. 111, page 2841, declaring land to be road and road stopped in Whakatane District, by omitting paragraph (b) (i) and substituting the following paragraph:

(i) that the area firstly described now known as Section 1, S.O. 53913, shall be amalgamated with the land in (a) certificate of title No. 47C/127, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 191055, land covenant in transfer H. 994228.7, and to memorandum of mortgage B. 006113.2, South Auckland Land Registry, and (b) certificate of title No. 47C/128, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 191055, and to land covenant in transfer H. 994229, South Auckland Land Registry.
