Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto (with the land firstly described being subject to a gas pipeline easement in gross created by transfer H. 472445 and the land secondly described with a right of way appurtenant thereto and subject to a right of way, created by transfer S. 607599, the said easement subject to section 351(1)(a) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954), is hereby acquired in connection with a road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
