Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Eyre and Eyrewell Survey Districts

Pursuant to section 323 of this Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invergarcill, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
