Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the ministers responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, jointly declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

1791 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 708, Waikowhai Parish, situated in Blocks II and III, Titirangi Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette 1971, page 993. S.O. 51429.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1991, No. 6.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the Maori reservation known as Whakaarataramaiti No. 2B, No. 6, constituted by a recommendation, pursuant to section 439 (1) of the said Act, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, page 1255 on the 5th day of September 1956.

Cancelling the Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the reservation of the land described in the Schedule hereto and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 33, 6 May 1971, page 879, is hereby cancelled.
