Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited with reference to Independent Hotels (1989) Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of July 1991, the bank appointed Christopher Paul Worth and Richard Stewart McKnight, chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, M.F.L. Building, 7 Bond Street, P.O. Box 254, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of September 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

UDC Finance Limited hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of July 1991, David Ross Petterson, chartered accountant and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, have been appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of Cook Strait Skyferry Limited under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 16th day of June 1989 and given in favour of UDC Finance Limited.

The office of the receivers and managers is at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 11–17 Churuch Street, P.O. Box 766, Wellington.

The property in respect of which the said receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking, property and assets of the said Cook Strait Skyferry Limited, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
