New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Declaration that the Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to sections 6 and 8 of the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the walkway be known as the Colonial Knob Walk and further, pursuant to section 11 of the Walkways Act 1990, appoints the Department of Conservation as the department of state to be the controlling authority of the walkway.

Wellington Land District—Poriua and Wellington Cities

Commencing on Raiha Street, thence proceeding generally along the formed tracks and pathways and firstly passing over Section 98, Block I, Belmont Survey District, GN 866912; Part Section 55, Poriua District and Part Sections 122 and 123, Ohariu District, GN 512992.1; Lot 1, D.P. 52896, Doc 554940.1, and Section 155, Ohariu District, as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. 35240, and secondly passing over Lot 1, D.P. 57997, CT 27A/807; and Lot 1, D.P. 54371, CT 25A/357, being over an easement in gross created by easement document 554608.1 and more particularly shown as A, B, C, D and E on D.P. 52435.

Reserves Act 1977

Vesting of Reserve in the Dunedin City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Dunedin City Council in trust, for local purpose (site for a hall) reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Central Otago District Council Over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Central Otago District Council of the plantation reserves described in the Schedule hereto.

12.6692 hectares, more or less, being Sections 18 and 19, Block VI, Upper Taieri Survey District, S.O. 1033. Certificate of title 367/48 (all).

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Franklin District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
