On the 28th day of September 1990, Babbage Partners Limited & Company (a special partnership) was dissolved and the business of the special partnership was transferred to Babbage Consulting Group Limited. The notice that follows is a statutory requirement resulting from this reorganisation. Our clients are assured that Babbage Consulting Group Limited is continuing to serve its clients and has accepted full responsibility for the work previously commissioned through the special partnership.
