Notice as to Holding of a General Meeting for the Purpose of Proposing as a Special Resolution, a Resolution for the Alteration of the Provisions of the Memorandum of a Company with Respect to the Powers of the Company

Pursuant to Section 18 (5) of the Companies Act 1955

The secretary of the company hereby gives notice of the calling of a general meeting of the company for the purpose of proposing as a special resolution, a resolution for the alteration of the provisions of the memorandum of the company with respect to the company having the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person. The meeting will be held at Onetai Road, R.D. 4, Paeroa on the 24th day of January 1991.
