Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Huntly Borough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the Gazette notice dated on the 15th day of April 1987, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 59 of 23 April 1987 at page 1791, declaring land to be road and road stopped by omitting from the third line in paragraph (iii) the words “Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District” and substituting the words “Taupiri Parish”.
