Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a place of historic and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of Ngati Horomoana.

All that piece of land situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District and described as follows:

Setting Apart Crown Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Kirikiroa Marae Incorporated, a society duly incorporated under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 having its registered office in Hamilton.
