Land Transfer Act Notices

Application having been made under C. 137620.1, notice is hereby given of my intention upon the expiration of 1 calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice to notify upon the register and upon the outstanding certificate of title, the re-entry by Terra Developments Ltd. at Auckland, as lessor upon all that parcel of land containing 1.1383 hectares, more or less, situate in the North Auckland Registry District, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 71073 and Lot 2, Deposited Plan 48984 and being part Allotments 44 and 303, Parish of Opaheke, comprised in certificate of title 35A/1476, held under lease B. 743461.5 by Weekend Sportstar Ltd. at Auckland, as lessee, subject to mortgage B. 743461.6 to National Mutual Finance Ltd.

Evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of deferred payment licence 5775 embodied in Volume 13C, folio 1101, whereunder Raymond John Grundy of Auckland, toolmaker and Irene Barbara Grundy, his wife, are licensees, having been lodged with me together with a certificate under section 116 of the Land Act 1948 for the issue of a new certificate of title without production of the said licence in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register said certificate and issue a new title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of lease 669573.2 affecting certificate of title 46A/139, whereunder Peter William Borrell, architect and Victoria Jane Allen, librarian, both of Auckland, are the lessees, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a surrender of the said lease without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such surrender of the lease upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of mortgage 299259.3 affecting certificate of title 463/108, whereunder Dennis Patrick Ryan is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission and discharge of the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and discharge upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
