"An announcement has been made by the Office of the British Prime Minister, 10 Downing Street, London, that The Queen has been graciously pleased to approve that:

The Honourable Helen Elizabeth Clark, M.P., Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Health, and Minister of Labour; and
The Honourable Michael Kenneth Moore, M.P., Minister of External Relations and Trade, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Minister Responsible for the America’s Cup.

be appointed Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council."
