Amending a Notice Taking Land and Stopping Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of May 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 May 1987, No. 74 at page 2249, declaring land taken and road stopped in Otorohanga District by deleting the words “to be vested in Donald Samuel Bryant of Te Awamutu, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 6710066.2” and substituting the words “shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43A/661, subject to memoranda of mortgage”.
