Appointment of Members and a Chairperson to the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Board
Pursuant to section 4 of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Act 1965, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:
John McGrath Q.C. of Wellington
Suzanne Snively of Wellington
to be members of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Board each for a term of 6 years with effect from 14 May 1990.
His Excellency the Governor-General was also pleased to appoint:
John McGrath Q.C. as Chairperson
for the respective term.

Legal Description of the Tawa Special District
For the purposes of conducting a local restoration poll under the Local Restoration Polls Act 1990, the legal description of the district described in section 253 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and referred to in section 3 of the Local Restoration Polls Act 1990 as the Tawa special district is:
All that area in the Wellington Land District, part Cities of Wellington and Porirua, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 52949, in Block V, Belmont Survey District and proceeding northerly along the western boundary of that lot, Lot 3, D.P. 52896 and Section 52A, Porirua District (underlying) to the north-western corner of the said Section 52A; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Section 52A and continuing along the southern boundary of Section 409, Porirua District to the south-eastern corner of that section; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of the said Section 409 to and along the eastern boundary of Section 155, Ohariu District to the southern boundary of part Section 55, Porirua District (as marked D on S.O.
