University of Otago Amendment Act 1961 and section 46A of the Lincoln University Act 1961, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tertiary Education Fees Notice 1990, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Tertiary Education Fees Notice 1990 (hereinatter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Certain courses exempt—Clause 5 of the principal notice is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:

"(g) Master of Business Administration degree course, or the Diploma in Business, or the Master of Taxation Studies, at the University of Auckland."

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:

Star of the Sea School, Howick.

The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on the 9th day of May 1990. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Ministry of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Wellington, and at regional offices.
