The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd., being the holder of a debenture, dated the 1st day of August 1984 and registered on the 8th day of August 1984 given to it by Modulink Systems (Auckland) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of May 1990, it appointed Frederick Nelson Watson and Kerry Thomas Stotter of KPMG Peat Marwick, whose office is at Level 9, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Modulink Systems (Auckland) Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.

(together hereinafter referred to as “the banks”) with reference to Hitchcock Realty Consultants Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of April 1990, the banks appointed John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Second Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of December 1987.
