UDC Finance Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of May 1990 it appointed Anthony John McCullagh of Auckland, chartered accountant whose office is care of West Yates, Chartered Accountants, 72 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, as receiver and manager of all the undertaking property and assets of the above-named company including its uncalled and unpaid capital under the power contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of February 1990 from Ross Hotels Ltd. to UDC Finance Ltd.

Lourie Norris Stewart and Timothy Guy Higgins of Auckland, company directors, being the holders of a debenture dated the 9th day of March 1990 and registered on the 26th day of March 1990, given to them by Moncler Developments Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 14th day of May 1990, they appointed Philip Purnell Andrews of Auckland, manager, whose office is at Level 5, 20 Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland (C.P.O. Box 2397, Auckland), as receiver and manager of all the property, and undertaking of Moncler Developments Ltd. contained in the said debenture.

The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd., with reference to Lumber Traders Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of May 1990, the bank appointed Kim Scott Thompson & Grahame Jeffrey Wood of Ernst & Young, Ernst & Young House, corner Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 17th day of December 1986.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
