(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Areas “C” and “D”, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 57926 and Section 1, S.O. 57927 respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1033, folio 109, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 134606, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “F” and “I”, now known as Sections 2 and 4, S.O. Plan 57927 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24D/190, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 807206 and H. 738993 2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “G”, now known as Section 3, S.O. Plan 57927, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1430, folio 91, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 134606, and to Joint Family Home notice H. 151725, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “M”, now known as Section 5, S.O. Plan 57927, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1431, folio 48, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 682552.2 and H. 725890, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) Area “N”, now known as Section 6, S.O. Plan 57927, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1033, folio 108, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) Areas “S” and “T”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 57928 respectively, shall be added to the adjoining Mangapouri Scenic Reserve contained in Gazette notice H. 245860.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58246, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12A/790, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 519832, H. 089098, H. 549141.1 and H. 700617 2, South Auckland Land Registry.
