Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares the area of stopped road described in the Second Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57199, to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land (in Western Bay of Plenty District) Set Apart for Granting as Compensation

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement had effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for granting as compensation and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
