Pursuant to section 30 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974 (as amended by section 3 of the Dangerous Goods Amendment Act 1978) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods, I, Kim Jon Comben, Acting Chief Adviser, Dangerous Goods, hereby approve the pumps listed in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of refuelling tanks attached to, or forming an integral part of, a motor vehicle with liquefied petroleum gas.
