Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Castrol NZ Ltd., a duly incorporated company at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on Friday, the 20th day of April 1990, it appointed Ian Henry Mitchell of Wellington, as receiver and manager of the property of Fastlube Lubrication Services (NZ) Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture, particulars of which were registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies, Auckland on 20 November 1989, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Fastlube Lubrication Services (NZ) Ltd.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver whose address is P.O. Box 11-047, Wellington.
