The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Mag Plastics Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of April 1990, the bank appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Robert Patrick, both insolvency practitioners, whose offices are at Ferrier Hodgson & Co., Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of April 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
