Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the land in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Marlborough Land District—Marlborough County
6138 square metres, more or less, being Section 233, Town of Havelock, situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Estate Protection Policy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (service lane) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall decide.
