Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over Reserves

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Estate Protection Policy acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice revoking the reservation of a reserve as a site for a police station and a reserve for police purposes, dated the 28th day of July 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1989, No. 140, page 3513, by omitting from the second part of the Schedule the number 328 and inserting in its place the number 1341

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a local purpose (community centre) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
