Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 2

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated the 19th day of February 1990 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Bethlehem to Tauranga section, for its total width across the frontages of Lots 2, 3, 6 and 4 of D.P. S. 3875, being in certificates of title 19A/254, 19A/255, 19A/175 and 19A/174 respectively, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan 23/34/19 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated the 19th day of February 1990 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 16 (Auckland to Wellsford via Helensville) from the Hobsonville Road junction with the motorway to its junction with Taupaki Road as more particularly shown on Sheets 1-6 of Plan 10/60/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
