John Thomas Moir and Nancy Alexandra Wall, with reference to Alcedo Developments Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of April 1990, we, John Thomas Moir and Nancy Alexandra Wall, appointed Robert Wilson Purchas and Kevin Russel Sarjeant, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose office is at the offices of BDO Hogg Young Cathie, Chartered Accountants, Level 6, Clarendon Tower, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of September 1989.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
