Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Boatshare Investments Ltd. at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of March 1990, it appointed Simon Raizis and Keith Ian Jefferies, both of Wellington, solicitors, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Paraparaumu Boating Centre Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture issued by the said Paraparaumu Boating Centre Ltd. in favour of the Bank of New Zealand, dated the 30th day of March 1988 and which debenture the said Bank of New Zealand has assigned transferred and set over to the said Boatshare Investments Ltd.

The property of the said Paraparaumu Boating Centre Ltd., consists of all its undertakings and all its property and assets, wheresoever and wheresover, situated both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Salek Turner Cuttance & Partners, Solicitors, Level 31, Plimmer City Centre, Boulcott Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 1725).
