1. Title

This notice may be cited as the DFC New Zealand Ltd. (Appointment of Advisory Committee) Notice (No. 2) 1990.

2. Appointment of Additional Member to Advisory Committee:

(i) Anthony Francis Raikes of London, banker is hereby appointed as an additional member, in the absence of Christopher Charles Biddulph Durfett and Philip Seers, of the advisory committee to advise the statutory manager of the companies that are subject to statutory management under Part V of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 by virtue of the DFC New Zealand Ltd. (Statutory Management) Order 1990 on the exercise of the powers conferred by Part V of that Act in relation to those companies.

(ii) Anthony Francis Raikes is appointed for a period that commences on the 5th day of April 1990 and that expires on the 30th day of September 1990.

3. In this notice, a reference to the absence of any person shall mean the absence of that person from the whole or part of any meeting of the advisory committee.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection Policy hereby revokes the reserves for road over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Kapiti Coast District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
