It shall be an offence for any person to leave on the
hunting ground the bodies or parts of bodies of black swan or
other game shot in the Otago Acclimatisation District. -
Shooting from a boat is prohibited on the Mataura River
and Clutha River downstream of Clydevale during the month of
May 1990 incl.

Definition of Areas
Area A: That area west of and including the Aparima River
watershed, the Oreti River watershed upstream of the Centre
Bush bridge and that portion of the district north of the
highway from Glenure Hill via Balfour to the Ardussa Bridge
over the Mataura River on the eastern boundary of the district.

Shooting Hours: 7.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. or any period within these hours except that during the period 16 July 1990 to 31 March 1991 inclusive Canada goose may be hunted or killed 24 hours per day during the specified open season.
Decoy Limit: No limit
Special Conditions
- Shooting from boats is prohibited during the month of May 1990 on the Mataura, Aparima, Oreti, Waiau and Waimatuku Rivers and their navigable tributaries.

Definition of Areas
Area A: All that area of the Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District, which lies within the Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea catchments, including the Clutha and Hawea River Valleys, terminating at the Luggate Bridge on State Highway 8A.
Area B: That area of the Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District which occurs within the Westland Land District.
Area C: All the remaining area of the Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District.

- Area A: 7.00 a.m. to 6.45 p.m. during the period 5 May 1990 to 31 May 1990 inclusive and 7.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. during the period 1 June to 26 August 1990 inclusive except that during the period 16 July 1990 to 31 March 1991 inclusive Canada goose may be hunted or killed 24 hours per day during the specified open season.
- Area B: 6.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

(2) Roy’s Bay, being that portion of Lake Wanaka lying south generally of a right line running from Eely Point to the point where the northern bank of Scar Burn joins the said lake and, in addition, a strip of land 400 metres in width around the margin of the above-defined portion of that lake, such strip of land being extended to include the whole of the township of Wanaka.
