- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the DFC New Zealand Limited (Advisory Committee) Notice 1990;
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day following the date of its notification in the Gazette.
- Extension of appointment of advisory committee: The term of appointment of the following members of the advisory committee, namely—
Sir Spencer Thomas Russell of Wellington, company director.
Graeme Patrick Cosgrove of Auckland, manager, or in his absence Dennis Raymond Church of Wellington, assistant manager.

- In this notice, a reference to the absence of any person shall mean the absence of that person from the whole or part of any meeting of the advisory committee.

Traffic Regulations 1976
Notice of Approval of Rear Reflectors
Pursuant to regulation 88 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to powers delegated to me by an instrument of delegation dated the 14th day of November 1989, rear reflectors of the type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 62 of the said regulations.

Red reflectors which comply with Ordinance number 67 and Circular number 79 of the Japanese Ministry of Transport and which bear the corresponding approval markings identified by the symbol

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986
Approval of Course in Map Reading
Pursuant to section 48 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and pursuant to a delegation given by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument dated the 14th day of November 1989, I, Robert Albert Gibson, National Co-ordinator Driver Licensing, hereby approve the following organisations to conduct courses in map reading for the purposes of regulation 11 (1) (c) of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987:
Havelock North Driving and Traffic Improvement School, Hawkes Bay.
South Waikato Defensive Driving, Tokoroa.

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Service Licensing Act 1947 to amend the Air Pacific International Air Service Licence to permit the airline to operate B767 aircraft on its services between Fiji and New Zealand.
