Notice is hereby given that the advertisement appearing in the New Zealand Gazette (Commercial Edition) at page 5660, dated the 8th day of November 1989, showed the former name of the company as Brian McIntosh Balclutha Limited and the new name as E A McIntosh & Son Limited and should have read the former name E.A. McIntosh and Son Limited and the new name Brian McIntosh Balclutha Limited.

Dated at Dunedin this 2nd day of March 1990.
