And—Pastrami & Rye Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the Fourteenth Floor, Quay Towers, corner Customs and Albert Streets, Auckland—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 13th day of February 1990, an application for the winding up of Pastrami & Rye Limited by the Plaintiff was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 30th day of March 1990 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
