Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Wilson David Jolly of Hamilton, consultant, Scott Waddell Jolly of Auckland, company director and Peter Hal Wilson McCowan (as trustees of the Cairnmuir Trust) (“the debenture holder”) hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of March 1990, they appointed Rodney James Spiers of Te Awamutu, chartered accountant as receiver of the undertaking property and assets (including the goodwill stock chattels and debtors), charged by a debenture dated the 7th day of June 1988, given by Audax Developments Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.

The situation of the office of the receiver is 182 Teasdale Street, Te Awamutu.
