Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Richard Henry Potton of Nelson, company director, hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of December 1990, he appointed Bruce Ian Murray Bell of Nelson, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of Solander Travel Group Ltd., at Auckland under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of May 1988, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Solander Travel Group Ltd.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver whose address is at 157 Moana Avenue, Tahunanui, Nelson.

Circular A1 Home Publicity Distributors Limited, wishes to apologise for the incorrect advertisement appearing in this column on 28 November 1990 and in the New Zealand Herald on 23 November 1990, which indicated that The Clean Shoppe Limited was indebted to it. The debt had been settled by 23 November 1990 and as a consequence our proceedings should then have been and will be withdrawn. We have no reason to believe that The Clean Shoppe Limited is unable to pay its debts to us and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the incorrect advertisements.
