Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Network Industries Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rotorua:

DFC New Zealand Ltd. (under statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of December 1990, it appointed John Harold Gaukrodger and Graeme Robert Finch, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Peat Marwick, Peat Marwick Tower, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and assets including its unpaid capital and uncalled capital of Network Industries Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of July 1984, issued by Network Industries Ltd. in favour of DFC New Zealand Ltd.
