Amending a Notice Setting Land Apart for a Service Lane in the City of Napier

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of September 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 September 1990, No. 169, page 3575 under the heading Land Set Apart for a Service Lane in the City of Napier by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

Realignment of Putere Road, Wairoa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Wairoa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and to be amalgamated in certificate of title E1/647G.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and that such land shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be taken and to be amalgamated in certificate of title E1/647G.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 4) in the District of Ruapehu

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
