Reappointment of Planning Judge

Pursuant to section 131 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, as substituted by section 17 of the Town and Country Planning Amendment Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint

Richard John Bollard, District Court Judge of Auckland

as a planning judge of the Planning Tribunal for a further term of 5 years on and from 14 December 1990.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 14th day of November 1989, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.

Schedule

(1) Safety helmets manufactured by A.G.V. Spa, Italy complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22, with the following type designations and bearing the mark of homologation:

(2) Safety helmets manufactured by A.G.V. - M.D.S. Spa, Italy complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22, with the following type designations and bearing the marks of homologation:

(3) Safety helmets manufactured by Arai Helmet Limited, Japan complying with E.C.E. Regulation 22, with the following type designations:

and bearing the marks of homologation;
