Notice of Voluntary Winding Up

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the members of the Central Development Agency (Inc) held at Palmerston North on Thursday, the 15th day of November 1990 at 4.30 p.m., the following resolution was passed:

"That the following resolution passed at a meeting of the society at Palmerston North at 5 p.m. on Thursday, the 5th day of July 1990, be and is hereby confirmed, namely:

'That the society be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and that Kenneth Ian Mackrell of Palmerston North, chartered accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the society.'"
